Dear business partner,

You are familiar with Adolf Schnorr GmbH & Co. KG and/or Hugo Bauer Nachf. GmbH (HBN). Up to now both companies have been working independently of one another although Hugo Bauer Nachf. GmbH is part of the Schnorr Group for many years now.

From 1st August 2011 we will combine our energies mutually in one new company named Schnorr GmbH. In future we will therefore be able to offer you the full product range of both Schnorr und HBN from one concern, thereby enabling us to better fulfil the continually rising market demands, now and in the future.

All rights and obligations of Adolf Schnorr GmbH & Co. KG and of Hugo Bauer Nachf. GmbH will be transferred to Schnorr GmbH and continue as before, this is equally valid for the production facilities in Engen/Welschingen and in Maichingen.

On this new basis we look forward to continuing our previously excellent business relationship.

After months of planning and building the new workshop was opened to the public on 23rd July 2011 with speeches held by Dr. Vöhringer (Mayor), Mr Claus (Vice President of CCI Böblingen) and Mr Brezger (contractor Mörk Bau). Mr Haunholter thanked all parties involved and started the second Schnorr Summer party.
